Locating radiator draincocks for 98 Voyager and 97 LHS

I have found the drain c*ck for the 98 voyager but it only turns about



90 degrees and nothing comes out. Does anyone know if it unscrews or just turns 90 degrees. Also, I can't find the draincock on the LHS. Any clue would be appreciated!
