Hello Si.

They both are right, I have a '96 model and everything lights up, but I have also seen combinations of bumper only or pillar only ( or in my case occasionally - one of each !! ).

The full harness is usually fitted but some MOT stations are known to object to a full set showing as thay say it exceeds the maximum wattage ( never found a reference to this - only brake lights)

mind you, as the pillar lights are a right B******D to get to for changing, I bet some of the owners either just take them out or don't bother replacing them.
