What sort of money are we talking about to replace the wishbones on a Mondeo.
Also how does £37.50 incl shipping for a pair from an Ebay seller compare with elsewhere ..anyone any ideas .?

I'd avoid him just for that.

I bought a pair from my local motor factors for £50 for both a couple of weeks ago.

Pattern wishbones on most Fords are a false economy. I fitted a cheapy pair of arms to a Ka. I thought that they couldn't be worse than the originals but the bush had popped out on one after only 5k miles and was making a horrible creaking just as I was trying to flog it. I had to fit another cheapy one just to get rid of it.
Its a similar story with the Mondeo. Ford did bring out an improved design but I think the new arms must be fitted in pairs.
Reputable enough outfit - I've used their local outlets for years, though never for Mondeo wishbones.
I used them for carlton wishbones and they were good quality QH ones. I think they were 50 for a pair all in. There's a guy on ebay selling them for 90+ claiming that originals are 400/pair. I wonder if it's the same bloke.
