Iva, dasher of my dreams, destroyer of my hopes..... ;-)

It does look like a nice car, just need to get rid of those nasty-looking wheels. Zigging and zagging as I run for cover, but I really don't like how they look at all, they bend pretty easily, and the center cap design is terrible. Oh yeah, they are also way overpriced.

They are a lot easier to clean than any of my other wheels. But I guess if you let them go, you have to make sure to get in the dimples. But they are not deep.

Also note that the 15" is noticably heavier than the 14".

They were $65 from Trussville each a few years back.

The garage section lists the 14 inch BBS at 8.5 pounds, and the 15" BBS at 12 pounds. Hard to believe that there is that much weight difference for one inch of size difference. I am guessing that the 15" versions are under 11 pounds each.

For what it is, that probably isn't too crazy a price. Replacing a full set of four center caps could be painful.

I would like to see someone offer aluminum center caps for the OEM alloys. The weight difference would be very little and they would still look nice after a few years in the sunlight.

I can see why Mazda used plastic, it is cheaper than aluminum and will have some customers coming back to buy new center caps after the ones on their wheels have faded.

There have indeed been some few instances of impressions on persons imaginations, which have been somewhat mysterious to me, and I have been at a loss about them. But then we remember it, for it is characteristic of such persons that we do not say of them that they are fine speakers, when it is not a question of oratory, and that we say of them that they are fine speakers, when it is such a question.

It is therefore false praise to give a man when we say of him, on his entry, that he is a very clever poet; and it is a bad sign when a man is not asked to give his judgement on some verses.
