Hi,
I have a 1.4 14v Clio (Y-reg) and want to change the "gear knob". I have the Haynes Manual but cannot find anything on the subject.
Can anyone point me in the direction of, or give me instructions on how to do it? It doesn't seem to screw or anything (or im just a useless thing!!)

normally unscrew but are extreamly stiff!
my cavalier had it screwed on and then had a plastic stuck on thread which i had to hacksaw, could always hacksaw it :)
Its glued on, use a vice-grip and twist/pull to get it off. Its the only way.
Mole grips to the rescue! :P
