Going diesel

Well, Ive done it ... Deposit on a New Seat Cupra DTI 150.

Have been speaking to a chipping company that have promissed 30bhp with a new chip. Now, all I have to do is wait until the new year for it to be delivered

Leon? Or dose the Ibeza now have the 150ps unit? The Ibeza 130 that I took for a test drive was defiantly quick (It felt as quick as the new Cooper S but I only had the S in the wet). I'm envious, you have got yourself a very nice car (which ever seat it is) with a fantastic diesel engine.

Very nice sir :) I have an 'old skool' Ibiza Cupra 20VT myself...

May I suggest having a look at the Revotechnik option

..they reprogram the existing ECU without lifting a soldering iron which should keep your warranty in tact. I've heard figures for the 150PD engines of around 190BHP 300lb/ft after such an upgrade. Nice !
