2005 Prius bluetooth problems

First of all the cell phone is a Samsung A900(Sprint PCS). The pairing worked fine. Problem is transfering your phonebook from the cell phone to the Prius bluetooth phonebook. From the Prius bluetooth settings menu you choose transfer. The display screen then says "Please send phonebook from phone". After a few moments the cancel button in the the upper right corner becomes highlighted, and the message just sits there until you touch the cancel button or it times out. Anyone know of a fix, probably with the phone?

Some phones can transfer the entire phonebook, while others can only transfer one contact at a time, while others can't transfer at all. Looking through the pairing/transfer/feature guides at

Neither of the listed Sprint models can do the entire phone book, but should be able to do one contact at a time. Note that you'll have to initiate the transfer from your phone, too, and it is not a straight pull from the Prius (you didn't mention any phone settings in your description above when transferring).

I had the same issue. You need to go the phone address book, and execute a "Send all" command. Different phones will do in different menu's.
