1985 OBD

Surprise surprise, (to me anyway) I would have never thought this 1985 Chevy s10

4x4 (non FI) that landed on my driveway had OBD. And the 27 trouble codes can be read from the check engine light just like my good ole Toyota.

Top that off it has a rats nest of emission controls under the hood and no bad codes. (whew)

Wait...don't you have a Supra?

WHY do you want an S-10?!?!?!

Actually, what size engine/bed? We had an 88 4.3L LOOOONG bed (it looked really weird!) with a 5-speed I took in on a trade 4 years ago, sold it to a guy that works half a mile from where I live. I still see it 2-3 times a week. It was a really good running truck!

problem is, I'm a BIG guy, weight-wise and overall size wise (Log legs and arms) and I didn't like having the steering wheel in my gut!

Yes, and a Toyota C&C (6'x10' bed) work truck /tool bin, ladder rack wagon. 8)

I don't. A buddy just paid my labor with the truck for repairing his a/c.

Its a 1985 S10 2.8L 3/4 ton extended cab 4x4 Tahoe loaded with factory options like automatic OD, locking hubs, 4:11, big wheels... 135,000 miles, well maintenanced, stock, and 1 owner. (excluding me) It's a California car and the smog history looks ok

Wonder what's a fair price?
