Wife's Solara (2004) had 3 lights on - 1: picture of engine, 2: VSC and 3: TRAC OFF. Tech said all 3 were because the gas cap was loose. Comments or Opinions?

Without knowing the trouble codes, it is difficult to say, but the tech's explanation is plausible.
