Cool, so that would be 4 times with the anchor on the stuck Jeep.

Don't tell us; you cheaped out again and got the combo single pedal?

Gee, Joshua, then you can't count how many fingers I'm holding up to you, can you? Care to try a guess?

I believe Josh is trolling for trolling's sake.

I saw that video, it was pretty sickening. Anyone know what the end-result was on that? Did he regain use of his hand or lose fingers?

I wimped out and fast forwarded over that bit - very nasty. Hope the guy recovered.

So did everyone else. :-)

I think that's what a lot of other people saw, too. That's what I assumed before I actually looked at the video and said, "hey, wait a minute..."

Right!

Right!

That's true.

Good point!!! I didn't even think of that point! He still would have been better off bringing the cable back to the winch truck or having the anchor truck back up during winching.

I would have preferred that! At least I would have been frozen.

It just took that long to get in to see the dentist. 1 hour and it was fixed up, got to go back next week for him to finish it. Have to wait for the abscess to go away. Pill popping time...

No more pain though! :-)

Ah yes, another mature and on-topic response from the esteemed Cal Wheeler. So glad you're here to contribute positively to this forum.

Perhaps with a bit more slapping of it, it would knock some sense into it. If I could locate you in person, this is the point where I would be asking you to step outside and allow me to do you the favor of knocking it in for you.

Unfortunately, since you are such a coward that you won't even post your real name or email address in this forum, somehow I doubt that I will have the opportunity to silence your obnoxious jibbering.

You forgot 'don't bother with the expense and hassle of brakelights when flat-towing.' That was a gem.

hi joshua, you two may have gotten off on the wrong foot, but cal wheeler certainly is no troll in this newsgroup. so you had a rocky start.....no biggie. take a break, kick back, and let it blow over. being a newbie to jeeping, you stand to gain a wealth of knowledge here that youll be able to apply on the trail. id hate to see you alienate yourself from the very ones that can help you the most, especially early in the game.

Which is precisely why you should listen to him.

we read slow... or maybe have a minor representation of a life, and can't read ever post in

1 sitting.

Ever watch an American tourist try to shift with their left hand? It's even better than mixing up the pedals.
