I got an email from them and when I sent them a reply their return address ( snipped-for-privacy@btconnect.com) turned out to be invalid.

If they have bothered to set up their e-mail, along with the domain name, then 'anything'@japspares.co.uk should get to them. 'Postmaster', and 'abuse' should be configured to get to the registrant, but TBH, there are millions out there who dont set them up. Alan.
