If you purchased it new you will be getting it in the mail sometime this month, they're being mailed out now. If you purchased it second hand you will need to call SVT, I think it's 1-800-FORD-SVT and register the VIN in your name.
thanks. I called the number and they told me to fax the bill of sale to them.
