Michael, I beg to differ. Childers has proven he's a smug, arrogant, pompous asshole. :)

Well.... so much for "Good News" .... except the discussion about carbs and heads on a 289.... : ) That's information I have a use for....

As for the prenups and fairness in divorce.... it seems that most people think about who gets treated more fairly.... EXCEPT.... nobody seems to consider whether the kids get treated fairly. Mom gets a lawyer, and Dad gets a lawyer, and they hammer it all out.. good or bad for one or the other. But who actually represents the interests of the kids? In a country where the divorce rate is so high, is it any wonder kids have little respect for or use for marriage after watching their parents?

Maybe the kids need a lawyer.....

Or maybe, whichever parent takes out the other within the first 24 hours, gets it all..... with no legal ramifications.... LOL : )

Anyway, I hope everyone, no matter which side of the issue, has a GREAT week!

Happy Victoria Day to our neighbors to the north, east, west, or south depend>Been there... done that... got the empty bank account, bankruptcy, and

Great point. Too bad the kids don't have any say in who their parents are.

They need a helluva lot more than that.

Hey, why not let the kids take out both of the morons without those legal ramifications? After all, the parents are the ones who screwed everything up in the first place...

Back at 'cha.

Had to go look that one up. I didn't think it had anything to do with the Ford car..

Not according to my AAA Travel Guide's List of Most Exploited Places to Visit in the Americas. (Mexico came in a close second with the "Desert Flashlight Parade" held nightly, and reportedly a rival to Disneyland's Electric Light parade.)

Well it wouldn't be the first time we've had one of those in ramfm. One of the past ones is why I keep the "PE" after my name. It's funny how those two letters really seem to get under their skin. ;)

I vaguely remember - but what was that guy's name? IIRC, he had a title too...

I believe his name was Dennis. Who knows, maybe he's a lurker.

Right! Dennis. Wasn't he a self-proclaimed PhD or something?

From what I remember, he taught at a college as an associate professor. He was quite a jerk. He left once we found out where he taught. I think he didn't like the possibility of his colleages reading the trash he posted here. It wouldn't have been good for the blue blood image he promoted on campus.
