Might be accessible by removing the front passenger fender liner (plastic). Possibly some plastic shields under the front end as well. Good luck. Bob

That is correct. You simply pull back the front part of the fender liner to expose the tank. Most leaks are from the seal of the washer pump where it inserts into the tank, or where the "low fluid" sensor (if you have one) inserts.
