Hi gang Anyone have or anyone know of anyone who has a Selective Switch Service Tool for a Miata? Anyone ever used one or know of anyone who has used one? Or does anyone know WHERE to get one?

Where did you come up with "Selective Switch Service Tool?" And why do you want it?
If it exists, your dealer's service department should have one or at least know how to get it. But Mazda does not use this name for any of its special service tools (SST) in my 1995 Workshop Manual.

It IS in my 1990 Workshop Manual. It's for diagnostic purposes. They show a picture of it, etc.
