And after the first week, I like it.

Have you ever tried to watch Pobol-Y-Cwm, or whatever it's called on S4C?

Madam put it on yesterday and refused to turn it over... even with the subtitles it didn't make much sense.

Yeah but... it's what they're educated in that's worrying.

Yup, back in the 1970s. It formed the basis for a Ryan and Ronnie sketch, and I suspect I'm, showing my age remembering Ryan and Ronnie.

Or mentioning the 70s.

Never heard of it.

I can just about remember the latter part of that. ;-)

Dude seriously, that sounds potentially pretty dangerous, you really want to be looking at where you stand legally with a view to giving it back and getting a refund...

Bad form and all that, but no, I wouldn't.

I tried a 206 1.4 LX the other week, and the driving position is all wrong.

That, and it was a nightmare to get off the line without either spinning the wheels or bogging down.

Maybe the 1.6 is less sensitive clutch and throttle pedal wise.

A test ride lap of the estate on the HongDongy or whatever the Chinese 125 that he bought was, I distinctly remember that, but it's no longer in his .sig so he must have given it away? Or swapped it for like, a sausage roll or something...

:-p

Ah, one of my mates had that on his Fiesta, we bought it for like £1,500 and noticed on the way home, we had seerious wheel wobble at motorway speeds. Then we noticed our other mates in the car behind (who'd taken us all to get it heh, road trip baby) waving frantically at us, so he pulled up next chance we got and they said the front wheel was wobbling like hell, really big buckle. We gave it some thought, then decided just to go 85 because it went away there.

He took it to Kwik-Fit and they said try putting the buggered wheel on the back, which they did there and then, and it was completely un-noticeable after that. Driving behind him though it wasn't half buckled... We were amazed it couldn't be felt when driving.

Hehe no offence Jack, but that made me splutter my drink hehe :-)

I too know the fat bastard life. I was 106/108ish kg when I went to Uni, by the end of the 2nd year about 85-88kg. In my 3rd year (which was like, the

4th, cos I'd missed the year that would have been my 3rd year there to have some internals removed from my back/chest/stomach area) I was around 80ish and looked about right, as I dropped to low 70s when ill and I looked a bit gaunt and like my frame was too big for me

Now? Maybe 70kg, less possibly... But I've been feeling so much better, and eating more these past few weeks, so happy that worked out for over Xmas. Really, as the 'lump' area has all shrank right down, and I'm improving in like, almost all ways, you'd swear I was just recovering...

What's everyones thoughts on Chirstmas Miracles :-) ?

I do genuinly like it and even the plan was big diesel, black cheap tax, I drove it and apart from the wobble I loved it. Thirsier than hoped, but that should be sortable, and affordable.

But if they get arsey, god they will wish they hadn't. I will have given them every opportunity to rectify to my satisfaction and to the level agreed, and if they unable I will reject it. If they get arsy, small claims can be started online.

I've never been fat, but I lost a total of about 20kg when I was ill a couple of years ago which wasn't a lot of fun. I just looked like Skeletor.

Hehe, if anyone can have them Dan, I hope it's you.
