Yeah ha!!!! Looks like we got us a convoy....well....I can follow you as far as not having a passport (yet) allows anyway ;-)....oh then theres the petrol...h'mmmm

Seriusly though Kay Go for it and you need to chat with Neil on the yahoo

101 groups who's done Africa in a radio bodied one, if you've not already read his expolits well worth a chat with him.

Also consider getting some big guns to sponsor the trip...but I wouldn't have a clue where to start.

Not sure if that's a good idea really - seein' as some parts of the world will have been on the end of the gun manufacturers products.

Better to get sponsorship from the likes of BP, Nestle or some other eco-friendly and globally aware multinational corporation :-)

I'd sooner go to the dentist rather than tell my MD I'm not bothered what he does - so long as I don't have to hear about it...

This should be printed out on large paper and stuck on the wall of everyone who ever gets tempted to post an "I'm thinking of getting a

101" message to a.f.l... :-)

I haven't been to a dentist in 15 years. It's not that bad yet.

As MD I was actually running the board meeting, so it was pretty poor form that I couldn't be arsed to contribute much and spent most of it surfing google for rolling roads.

hi all that's it no turning back now Matilda just got dumped on the drive after a very slow tow (about 7 miles) back home. well as soon as we've got some piccys taken it will be time for the blood sweat and tears
