It does you no good to badmouth the GM all the time. It's not going to do any good and you're hurting the team by doing so. So cool-it, the GM's contract is up in about 18 months then you will be able to hire a new one. In the mean time just smile a lot.
Time for the GM to take one for the team. They really need to diet.
